Opportunity Description: Volunteers interested in teaching English language in primary school are welcome to teach in RWEYOWA's partner schools. Volunteers are required to meet only $350 per month to help the organization cover their related costs of meals and accommodation.

Community Outreach Assistants needed for 3 to 6 months
Opportunity Description: Community outreach is one of RWEYOWA's core activities which involves visiting the elderly people, widows and orphans in their respective households/homes. We provide food, clothes, mosquito nets, referral information, counseling among other services which the organization can afford. The Community Outreach Assistants will be, part of the home visiting team, responsible for reporting the progress of the community outreach project, involved in designing/organizing fundraising and resource mobilization activities to strengthen the project, involved in writing proposals to solicit for funds for the smooth running of the project activities

RWEYOWA is a community based organization in Uganda which exists to curb the further spread of HIV/AIDS and improve the livelihoods of those affected/infected with the virus.

In order to realize its mission, the organization is involved in the implementation of core interventions like comprehensive HIV/AIDS awareness and sensitization, community outreach, voluntary counseling and testing for HIV, orphan support, vocational skills training activities among others.

RWEYOWA welcomes all volunteers willing to get involved in the above mentioned activities. Volunteers interested in teaching English are also welcome to teach i our partner schools which provide half and full bursaries to our vulnerable orphans affected/infected with HIV/AIDS in the community.
